My sister just sent me an e-mail about a forthcoming book by Lee Woodruff, author of In an Instant (with her husband, ABC News Anchor Bob Woodruff). Her anxiously awaited new work is called Perfectly Imperfect: A Life in Progress. It is a collection of essays about being a mother, wife, daughter and friend, and has been hailed as intimate, funny, complex, heartfelt, and joyful. I loved Nora Ephron's I Feel Bad About My Neck and I imagine it will be just as hard to put this one down. Perfectly Imperfect will be available at the end of April, just in time for Mother's Day.
