Mid-Century Classic

My husband has a new favorite site called Bring a Trailer. There, he found this...
Beautiful. At a site for selling cars? Yes! Because this is the very place of the horrendous Ferrari mishap in Ferris Beuller's Day Off (what a tragic, hilarious scene... watch it at the end of this post), a scene not quickly forgotten by any car buff, hence the interest in this home on Bring a Trailer. More importantly, it's a classic mid-century beauty by A. James Speyer and David Haid and this home is for sale here. I just love the house, the setting and much of the furniture...
The photos below appear to be the second, or garage, building...Fun. And, here is the scene. I so highly recommend it!
