I would be thrilled to have any of these in my home or (as in the case of the necklace ;)) on me. I think I might follow along live to see how much these sell for. Today is the Palm Beach Modern Auction, where they are auctioning the amazing sterling Art Smith necklace from the '50s and the pair of Willy Guhl planters. Saturday is day one of the Rago auction of 20th and 21st century decorative arts where they'll offer, among many other beautiful items, the Glen Lukens blue bowl. Sunday is day two of Rago, where they'll have the Serge Mouille lamp, the John Follis planter, the Gio Ponti vanity, the Calder "Balloons" lithograph, and the Kay Bojesen animals and monkey.Thank you so much for visiting me here this week. ohhh, how i loved your u2 story. yes, i have a story very similar to that too with songs from Achtung Baby with the same outcome! :) but always brings back fond memories of our youth, right? thanks for sharing, it made me smile

Hey Jen, thanks for visiting... and asking! It's hard to choose. I'd narrow it down to the big round Follis planter, the Calder litho and the necklace (which was up for auction yesterday... and didn't sell!) The other two go tomorrow, and I'm sure they'll be fought for!
